物流金融管理在大型医疗设备供应链中的应用与创新

文章首先论述了在我国大型医疗设备供应链中引入物流金融管理服务的必要性。在此基础上，应用已有的物流金融管理的模式提出了库存融资业务模式．又结合大型医疗设备供应链的特点提出了两种创新的业务模式。最后，分析了这些业务模式的收益、风险与决策内容。

减小供应链中＂牛鞭效应＂是实现供应链管理的关健,也是提升供应链企业竞争力的有效方式之一.本文在介绍了＂牛鞭效应＂概念及其产生原因的基础上,提出了如何通过加强供应链成员间的联系与合作达到有效弱化牛鞭效应.     

项目价值链管理在建筑企业中的应用

从中国建筑业市场竞争激烈的形势出发,讨论了建筑企业所面临挑战的原因,并试图将项目价值链管理思想应用于建筑企业的运营分析中。然后讨论了项目价值链管理的理论基础及在建筑企业运营分析中的应用,并结合了采购分析以使分析更具实践性。最后指出了现时中国建筑企业应用项目价值链的难点所在。     

Spatial agglomeration and endogenous growth

This paper constructs a dynamic general equilibrium model with spatial interactions in which a human capital externality is the centripetal force towards agglomeration. The resource cost of transportation is, on the other hand, the main centrifugal force, preventing a city from growing unboundedly. A central feature of our analysis is the dynamic interaction between (perpetual) economic growth and (bounded) city growth. We examine the socially optimal and the decentralized growth rates as well as city sizes. In the decentralized environment, individuals under-invest, whereas cities are under-populated. We show how public policies may enable a decentralized city to attain the socially optimal allocation.     

Efficiency measurement with multiple outputs and multiple inputs

This paper discusses modeling technical and allocative inefficiencies in both cost minimizing and profit maximizing frameworks with special emphasis on multiple inputs and multiple outputs. Both primal and dual models are considered for this purpose. In the primal approach we use a separable output and input function (the constant elasticity of transformation output function and Cobb-Douglas input function). The dual models assume translog cost or profit functions. Technical inefficiency is assumed to be random in the cross-sectional models, and fixed firm-specific parameter in the panel data models. Allocative inefficiencies are always treated as input-specific parameters. We derive exact relations linking technical inefficiency and allocative inefficiencies to cost and profit when the underlying technology is represented by a flexible functional form such as the translog. It is shown that appending a one-sided homoscedastic error term to model technical inefficiency, or neglecting technical inefficiency altogether in a translog profit tunciton results in model misspecification and inconsistent parameter estimates.

本文在分析了传统供应链物流运作模式为足的基础上，提出了一种基于协作3PL的供应链运作模式和机理．并建立了支持协作3PL供应链运作的信息系统架构.最后，总结了该供应链物流运作模式的优点及注意事项.     

低保未就业人员求职意愿及影响因素研究

当前城市最低生活保障制度在运行过程中存在的一个突出问题,是低保对象中有劳动能力者的比重日益提高.运用北京市的调查数据,分析了若干经济、社会和心理(文化)因素对低保未就业者的求职意愿及行为的影响.研究发现:贫穷文化和社会资本对求职意愿、家庭规模对求职行为的影响作用具有统计显著性,工作与低保的比较效益以及就业援助则无显著影响.研究结果对进一步完善低保政策具有启发意义.     

城区特征对房贷的影响

城区特征通过多种途径影响商业银行住房抵押贷款决策.商业银行可以根据城区特征判断一个城区的住房抵押贷款违约风险,进而确定对该城区的最低首付款比例或拒贷率.通过分析国外城区特征对商业银行住房抵押贷款决策的影响机制,联系我国实际情况,指出我国商业银行根据城区特征进行住房抵押贷款决策具有合理性,建议商业银行密切关注城区住房价格波动率,并建议政府限制中低收入城区商业银行的数量.     

基于遗传算法的供应链分销网络模型及其求解

本文研究了由多个厂商、多个分销中心和零售商组成的供应链分销网络,建立了综合考虑库存成本、订货成本和运输成本的分销网络优化模型。该模型是一个整数规划问题,采用遗传算法,并建立一个有效的编码方式来进行快速求解。最后通过一个实例验证了该模型的有效性和实用性。
